This privacy policy applies to the Benzaiten's Cashbook app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Takaaki Sumi (collectively, the "Application"). Takaaki Sumi is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
The data you enter into the Application is stored on your device. This may include:
This data is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, synced only to your personal iCloud account. It is not sent to any servers operated by the Service Provider, who does not access or retain it.
The Application does not share the data you enter with third parties, with the exception of Apple's iCloud and App Store. Purchases are processed by Apple, and the Service Provider does not receive your payment information.
Data is shared only with the people you have shared it with via iCloud.
You can remove your data by deleting it within the Application or by uninstalling the Application from your device.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider does not operate its own servers; your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is protected by Apple's iCloud infrastructure and your device's security features.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider at [email protected].
